WINEMAKING PROCESS: Pressing and stripping, cryomaceration a 5/8 °C, soft pressing and controlled fermentation temperature of the clear must.
TASTING NOTE: Pale straw yellow colour with greenish highlights. Fruity with citrus and tropical notes, white peach, mango and sage which blend with elegant floral scents. Good body and structure, long persistence with a slightly balsamic finish.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Appetizers and raw fish, seafood dishes, first and second course fish dishes, fresh cheese.
