Alcohol : 14% vol.
Characteristics : Il Bosco (bottled the first time in 1992) is produced with only Syrah grapes, selected from the best parts of three hillside vineyards planted in 1993, 1995 and 1999. Very intense, clear and concentrated; complex and earthy texture of ground coffee, cocoa bean (mocha), wooden Tuscan cigar box, fresh mint; red fruits and Mediterranean herbs and flowers.

Vines training system: spur cordon
Fermentation: truncated conical wooden vats with maceration on the skins for 20 days.
Aging: in separate batches, 12 months barriques and 24 months in barrels of 32hl.
