Winegrapes: Corvina 70%, Rondinella 25%, Molinara 5%.
Taste and flavor: On the palate it displays good structure, full and round taste thanks to the maceration on the skins of the Amarone. The refinement in large casks for 2 years helps to round off the tannins always soft and velvety though evident.
Best served with: Very good with game, red and white meat and medium aged cheese.
