Vinification: With peel; Soaking time with the skin 20 days, fermentation in stainless steel 20/25 days at controled temperature of 26° C, Malolactic fermentation in barrels
Refinement: in barrels 14 months, then in bottle 10 months
Colour: Deep red color tending to garnet
Fragrance: Persistent and elegant, followed by spicy hints
Taste: Full bodied, balanced and harmonious, a wine of great complexity and elegance
Alcohol Degree: 13,5% Vol
