Harvest Period: Mid October
Vinification: Maceration of the skins at controlled temperature for about one week. Temperature of fermentation 28/30° C, Malolactic fermentation.
Refinement: 24 months in 25 hectolitres Slavonian oak barrels
Colour: Ruby red with purplish highlights and slightly garnet rim
Fragrance: Ripe red fruit, purplish colour, licorice, cloves and cocoa spicy nuances.
Taste: Full bodies with a good asturcture with sweet tannins, well balanced with good lenght
Alcohol Degree: 13,5% Vol
Serving Suggestions: Temperature 18° C
