Nabarì Monferrato Dolcetto DOC is born of the three red wines produced at La Chiara. Following the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation processes, which are conducted separately for each wine in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, the product is assembled in small wooden barriques, where it ages for about 10 months before it is bottled.
Nabarì Monferrato Dolcetto DOC’s colour is an intense and deep ruby red. Its scent is rich, with a pleasing, slightly herbaceous finish. Its dry, full-bodied, robust, harmonious, and velvety taste is characterised by a good, elegant structure. It goes particularly well with game, fondue with truffles, red meat, aged cheeses.
