Luceres IGT
Luceres IGT is a wine that has achieved great success. It is produced in small quantities from selected Sangiovese and Merlot grapes in vineyards having optimum South South/West exposure. Of intense ruby colour, it has a particularly soft taste with a suggestion of fruits. Ideal with red meat, game, roasts and seasoned cheese.

Typical Geographic Indication: Tuscany
Cultivation: As of 2008, Azienda Agricola Poggetto has entered the “Register of Organic Operators”.
Harvesting: Differentiated harvest of grapes until perfectly ripe. Hand picked in 20 Kg crates.
Wine making process: Vinification of each type of grapes is done separately, with subsequent blending of the two qualities. Alcoholic fermentation at maximum temperature of 27° C.
Ageing: In French oak barriques of 225 lt. for 16 months. Bottled at least four months prior to placing the product on the market.
Alcoholic content: 13,5%.
Temperature before serving: 18° C, opening the bottle at least 30 minutes before serving.
