Characteristics : A varietal Viognier obtained from younger vines. Easy to drink, crispy, fresh, and floral with minerality. Crystalline with a perfect balance between acidity, crispness and aromatic fragrance. In the mouth it’s a pleasant bloom of jasmine, aniseed, wild fennel.
