Italian Gelato differs from ice cream for few characteristics: it is made only with natural ingredients, it contains less air and less butterfat. Such characteristics give our ice Cream (Gelato) a a more intense and unique flavor.
Italian Ice Cream / Gelato is also creamier due to the extreme skill and care of its makers. It is mixed by machine until semi-frozen, avoiding ithe formation of ce crystals. in Italian Gelato we use no artificial coloring or flavoring.
